We have received a rather remarkable letter

from the Ministry of Health of Somaliland

the northern region of the Horn of Africa

as distinct from Somalia.

We are honor bound to prove our value

as an international consultant

in the fight against the HIV/AIDS epidemic

and are currently seeking funding to host

a joint trip to see and assist our friends

in Somaliland and Malawi as they battle

to have healthy and happy people

living in their nations.

Our dear friend Victor Kamanga from the

Malawi Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS called MANET+

has requested that Search return as soon as possible

to accomplish a follow-up visit to our 1999 trip.

We are in the process of looking for funding a joint trip

to visit our friends in Malawi and Somaliland

in which we will accomplish the goals

of consolidating a number of development aspects

of those nations national response to HIV and AIDS.

We plan to leave as soon as a suitable funding source is discovered.
